This documentary tells the inspiring story of the impromptu rescue of nearly half-a-million people from lower Manhattan after the World Trade Center buildings fell – by boat. Scores of commercial and private boat captains answered the call of duty that day, notwithstanding the unknown risks and tremendous effort required.
